How to Reserve:

Reservations may be made by calling toll free at 1-866-Willow9 or 423-563-5313. A deposit in the amount of $1000 + a $32.78 reservation fee is required at the time of booking. Your deposit may be made by VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER credit cards. Your balance is due within 30 days of your arrival, and may be paid by credit card or Certified Check. Sorry, personal or business checks are not accepted.

Normal cleaning is included in the price of the rental. There will be a $100 additional cleaning fee if there is clay mud in the houseboat.

Policy:

Houseboats accommodate 12 people maximum
Absolutely no pets

• Cancellation policy is as follows:
All reservations are immediately subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. Deposits will be refunded, minus a $32.78 reservation fee, on all reservations cancelled 31 days or more of the arrival date. Deposits cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date will only be refunded, minus the $32.78 reservation fee, if the houseboat is re-rented for the time frame reserved.

• Deposit is refundable within 10 days of return if there are no damages or missing items from the houseboat.

• A valid credit card must be on file during the time of your rental.

• Boarding time is at 3pm, you must be off board by 10am. You must leave the harbor by 5pm. A late charge of $100 per hour will be charged for your delay in getting off board upon your return.

• Renter must be 21 years of age or older.

• Renters must have an additional boat with each houseboat, either their own or a rental.

• Rental does not include gasoline. Your houseboat is rented with a full tank, and must be full upon return. Gas is available at all docks. **gas may NOT be transported across the dock.

• Mountain Lake Marina or Stardust Marina will provide breakdown assistance during working hours (9am-6pm). However a $100 fee will be charged for any service call due to renter's negligence.
